There are so many names for them, but one thing for sure is that we love them and we are very good at making them!

We have invested over 3 Million dollars over the past 3 years on our own in-house state of the art CNC laser cutting, punching and folding equipment combined with fully trained staff who have years of experience in the metal industry and take pride in every job that is made at DSD.

This means you save money time and headaches by coming direct to the manufacturer, there is no middle man because you are dealing direct with the us.

Our mission is to get decorative screens into as many homes in Australia as possible, to do this we researched what the biggest problems were in the market and many of you told us that the framework and installation was a key problem.

Any one could simply call a laser cutting company and pay hundreds of dollars to have designs converted to CAD and the parts cut but then the framework had to be done by another contractor. In most cases it was ugly box section with visible welds.

We decided to develop the DSD FIX system that is made by folding the sheet metal on all the edges with only a small amount of welding needed this is then ground back to a smooth finish to ensure the clean look is maintained.

This frame system helps the end user install the product with ease and within the right budget, it simply bolts together and we also custom make brackets and posts if required to suit any application.
